Affiliate Terms & Conditions

AIQ Innovations, LLC · Royal Cuts AIQ · Version 2026-10-26

Read this agreement before applying. Participation requires approval, email confirmation, a signed W-9 and acceptance of these terms.

1. Parties, application and approval

This agreement is between AIQ Innovations, LLC, operating Royal Cuts AIQ (we/us), and the applicant (you). You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and authority to represent any business named in your application. Provide accurate information, a completed and signed IRS Form W-9, and confirm your email. Applying does not guarantee approval. Only approved affiliates may promote themselves as participants; no joining fee or guaranteed earnings is promised.

2. How to refer a barber

After approval, we email your personal referral link and instructions. Share the exact link with prospective barbers; they must open it before signing up or signing in. The website remembers a link for up to 90 days in that browser. A later affiliate link can replace an unclaimed link; once a referral is recorded for an account, its first recorded affiliate is retained. Clearing browser storage, switching browsers or devices, or not opening the link can prevent attribution. A name, email introduction, screenshot, or promo code alone does not create a tracked referral. Contact us about tracking concerns; do not promise that an untracked lead will earn commission.

3. Qualifying commissions

You earn 10% of recorded, approved subscription payments from a barber attributed to you, during the first 12 months beginning with that barber’s first successful subscription payment. The window does not restart after cancellation or a pause. Only subscription fees actually paid qualify; free periods, unpaid or declined payments, card-processing volume, hardware and other non-subscription purchases do not qualify. Discounts reduce the paid amount used to calculate commission. For example, a qualifying $10 subscription payment earns $1. Refunded, reversed or charged-back payments do not qualify; notify us of discrepancies so records and unpaid balances can be reconciled. Self-referrals, fabricated accounts and transactions arranged solely to generate commission are prohibited.

4. Quarterly payment and taxes

Commissions are grouped into calendar quarters: January–March, April–June, July–September and October–December, and paid after the quarter ends following verification of qualifying payments. The program does not promise payment on a particular day after quarter-end. Payments are arranged by Royal Cuts AIQ, not automatically transferred by the website; your preferred method is a request, not a guarantee. Keep your contact, payout and W-9 details current. You are responsible for your own taxes; we may make legally required withholding and information reports. Never email bank credentials or taxpayer identification numbers to prospects or the CRM.

5. Advertising disclosures and truthful claims

Clearly and conspicuously disclose your paid relationship wherever you recommend Royal Cuts AIQ. Place the disclosure beside the recommendation or link, before any “more” expansion; do not hide it in a profile, footer or hashtag list. Example: “I earn a commission if you sign up through my Royal Cuts AIQ link.” For videos, disclose in the video and accompanying caption as appropriate. Follow applicable FTC endorsement rules and platform requirements. Make only truthful, supportable claims based on current published offers. Do not invent reviews, customer experiences, savings, guaranteed income, product capabilities or an endorsement by Royal Cuts AIQ. Describe the Command Center as early access, not an already-available feature, where applicable.

6. Outreach, consent and prohibited promotion

Follow applicable advertising, privacy, anti-spam, telemarketing and consumer-protection laws, including CAN-SPAM and TCPA where applicable. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, use purchased or scraped contact lists, make automated marketing calls/texts without required consent, ignore opt-outs, or use fake applicants, impersonation, deceptive redirects or forced clicks. Do not upload a prospect’s personal information or submit an application for them without permission. Never collect merchant documents, payment credentials, Social Security numbers, licenses or W-9s from leads; direct them to our secure website forms. Affiliates are responsible for their own outreach permissions and records; our approval does not provide consent to contact anyone.

7. Brand use and independent relationship

While approved, you may use the personal link and approved brand materials solely to promote this program, without misleading alteration. Do not impersonate our official account, register confusingly similar domains or handles, or use our trademarks in paid search advertising without written permission. You are an independent referral partner, not an employee, agent or authorized merchant-services representative. You cannot bind us, change pricing or contracts, approve applications, collect customer payments, or promise underwriting approval. You bear your own marketing expenses unless we agree otherwise in writing.

8. Review, suspension and termination

We may review activity and request evidence of lawful promotion or investigate attribution and payment discrepancies. We may suspend promotion or reject/terminate participation for inaccurate information, fraud, prohibited marketing or other material breach, and will communicate the reason where reasonably possible. You may leave by emailing us and must stop representing yourself as an approved affiliate on termination. Termination alone does not erase legitimate accrued commissions; qualifying previously recorded referrals remain subject to the agreed first-year window and payment verification. Fraudulent or otherwise nonqualifying transactions do not earn commission. There is no guarantee of future referrals or continued program availability.

9. Changes, questions and other website policies

We will communicate material program changes to the email on file before applying them to future participation. Changes will not retroactively reduce legitimate commissions already earned; any change to an existing referral’s agreed commission window requires agreement. These affiliate-specific terms govern the referral relationship; the website’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to website use and personal-data handling. Questions about attribution, payouts, disclosures or these terms should be sent to Bryan@aiqinnovations.com or raised at (860) 831-7876. Provide the referral or payment reference, but never send sensitive tax documents by ordinary email.

10. Electronic acceptance

Checking the affiliate agreement box and submitting your application constitutes your electronic acceptance of this version. We record the agreement version and acceptance time with your application. W-9 certification is a separate required confirmation. Earlier applicants are not deemed to have accepted this version merely because the website was updated.
